@5:08 … Kim Iversen talks about the LA riots, and she wonders where the Mexican flags came from

June 9, 2025

Hello People,

I see this Never Trump blog has been revived.  I read what Bone Face wrote a few days ago, and I decided to add to it.  As we speak, Los Angeles is going through crazy times.  I live about an hour’s drive away.

I’m a fan of Kim Iversen.  She leans right, but I commend her for objectivism.  This is something you never, ever get at Fox News.  I watched her YouTube video on the riots and deployment of troops.  The National Guard has not been federalized against a governor’s will since 1965.  At around 5:08 into the video, she wonders about the Mexican flags.  Where did they come from?  Not trying to be coy, but you can get them for less than $10 on eBay.  Over the years, you see them more and more flying in front of houses here in Sourhern California.  She also wondered why they were flying Mexican flags instead of American ones.  I can speak to this, but it’s a complicated issue.  My knowledge is not complete, and I don’t pretend to speak on behalf of the protesters in LA.

There’s three major issues.

First of all, let’s assume the United States is still a functioning democracy.  Years before Jimmy Carter passed away, he said the United States is NOT a functioning democracy.  But assuming it is, Trump has been a massive failure.  He was tagged as TACO Trump, meaning Trump Always Chickens Out.  His tariff plan has been a disaster, and he has the two worst ratings for the First 100 Days since they’ve started polling about it seventy years ago.  His 2025 rating was even worse than his horrid 2017 start.  Elon left the White House then trashed Trump in public.  Orange Clown doesn’t know how to handle humiliation which is why he didn’t concede defeat to Biden in 2020.  Today, his economic policies are garbage, his “90 Deals in 90 Days” is a global joke, and Maslow explained it best, “If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every solution as a nail.”

This brings us to our second issue.  It’s not just Trump.  Every significant national Republican has been like this after Reagan.  HW Bush went into a depression when he realized he wasn’t going to beat Clinton in 1992.  Then the GOP lost again in 1996, then Dick Cheney prepared Project For a New American Century (PNAC) right before 2000.  JFK had been presented with a false flag scenario in which the US would destroy a passenger jet then blame it on Cuba to justify an invasion.  This military plan was called Operation Northwoods, and PNAC had its own idea that a “New Pearl Harbor” could be the impetus for neocon objectives.  In psychology, there is a term called “hero complex” whereas a person or entity covertly creates a problem, then publicly tries to be the hero who solves it.  People have secretly set their own houses on fire in order to seem like the hero who rushes in to save people inside.  The War on Terror resulted from hero complex.  Like Trump today, George W Bush had dismal approval ratings before 9/11.  Through PNAC, Operation Vigilant Guardian, and other covert programs, NORAD, Cheney, and a selected few executed the attacks of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.  They framed Osama bin Laden as their main patsy.  After they created this travesty, they then rushed in to be the heroes.  At the beginning, it worked and W’s approval rating was through the roof, but as the years have passed, it became more and more clear to common people that 9/11 was an inside job.  When you consider the rigged presidential elections of 2000 and 2004, it’s clear to see why trust in the American government has waned.  The American flag used to equally represent everyone across all 50 states, but it became co-opted by Cheney’s post- 9/11 grunts and thugs on the political right.  It genuinely used to stand for freedom across the world, but it became inverted.  It came to stand for iron-fist rule, imperialism, and obedience to grimy, chauvinistic overlords.

The third issue deals with Hispanics living in Los Angeles and other lands which used to belong to Mexico.  We’ve heard of Chinese dynasties, and we’ve heard of the empire of Alexander the Great.  It took centuries, though, for the concept of “nationalism” to enter into our collective minds.  From the mid 800s through the mid 1400s, flags representing Scotland, Austria, Latvia, Denmark, and Albania came into existence.  To coincide, we had monarchies in England, Spain, and France.  The French Revolution was fought from 1789 until 1799 and their monarchy ended.  Napolean Bonaparte was one of the early strong nationalists of the modern era.  As a matter of fact, a soldier of his is where we get the word “chauvinism”.  Nicolas Chavin was known for his loyalty and devotion.  Napolean gave him the Sabre of Honor, and a very significant pension.

We go through stages in life.  We crawl, then waddle, then run.  Our understanding of ideas is the same.  As toddlers, we learn about our houses.  In grade school, we learn about our neighborhoods and towns.  At some point, we identify with our state, and our nation.  I went to a college where there were many bumper stickers which read, “Think Globally, Act Locally.”  The idea that everyone would be stunted at the same level is absurd.  Nationalism is a practical thing for billions of people, but it’s a zealous, religious thing for many sects.  Globalism is a more comprehensive concept than nationalism, and there’s actually something higher.  Some people believe we are on the cusp of making contact with interdimensional beings.  Earth is just a tiny part of an enormous galactic system, and we will take our part in a cosmic community which expands across our galaxy, and far beyond.

Let’s get back to nationalism.  As protesters take to the streets of Los Angeles, many proudly wave the Mexican flag.  Being a moderator at Maniac Nebula, I’m privy to conversations I otherwise wouldn’t be included in.  One of them deals with Hispanics living in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.  Mexico fought the United States in a war from 1846 until 1848, and at the end of the fighting, a treaty was signed in Guadalupe Hidalgo.  As terms of peace, Mexico ceded land, but there was an agreement that Mexicans could maintain their language and culture.  This included citizens from Los Angeles, California to Laredo, Texas.  In the 1990s, California voted to pass propositions 187, 209, and 227.  These propositions violated the terms of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.  On college campses, Chicano students protested and chanted, “We did not cross the border!  The border crossed us!”  Since this time, there has been a steady rise of Mexican nationalism in California, and the Southwest.

If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?  This is a philosphical question.  If humanity is wiped off the planet from a killer virus or an asteroid, does America still exist?  Does Mexico?  Does any other country?  I would say no.  You need people around to comprehend nationalism.  Nationalism exists in the mind.  Your identification with nationalism might be different than mine.  It depends on where you were indoctrinated, and it depends on the level by which you learned to transcend concepts ascribed to you by your parents, and your social institutions.  It also depends where on the gradient between relativism and absolutism you settled at.

As much as I enjoy Kim Iversen’s videos, I’m not sure she’s contemplated this issue deeply.  I don’t own a Mexican flag, nor do I own an American one.  After years of college, I consider myself more of a humanist than a nationalist.  I have empathy for people from all corners of our globe.  There are circumstances when nationalism seems fine and healthy, but today’s American nationalism is rooted too much in the clandestine operations stemming from PNAC, propagandist Fox News, and zombie followers of Donald Trump.  Their playbook isn’t difficult to find.  Donald Trump wants to be a hero.  Cheney wanted to be a hero.  They created dispicable situations, and they didn’t know they were so obviously transparent. Any grade schooler can see their motovations for what they are. Trump will try to become a hero by sending marines and other US troops to Los Angeles, but I will always see him a piece of trash who can’t even win slight affection from his third wife …

Trump, the enemy within, “pulls a Biden” as he stumbles up the stairs to Air Force One. This joke of a human said he would end the war in Ukraine on his first day in office, but Putin doesn’t respect him. Russian state TV shows nude pics of Melania on a regular basis. In this video, he talks about sending military troops to American cities, and he’s stupid enough to compare himself to Biden, when in reality Biden didn’t have these problems. We can reflect on the sad days of Trump’s first stint when many, many cities had uprisings as they protested and rioted. Trump has turned out to be the same disgraceful piece of dog crap we all expected, if not more …
@6:35 … “We get confirmation from Elon Musk that, yes, the suspicion was accurate.  The suspicion is confirmed that the reason why Pam Bondi is not releasing the Epstein files is because Donald Trump is in them…”
Why did the bro-mance turn toxic so quick? DJT claims president Musk was miffed that the EV mandate was not included in the budget bill, but Kim Iversen believes it was something bigger. @6:21 … Trump nuked DOGE, and that’s why. Today, Elon took it to another level and claimed Trump is in the Epstein files …

Hello Guys!

It’s me, Bone Face. It’s been more than a year since I’ve posted anything. I have a few comments, though, and I wanted to get around to them.

First of all, I wanted to mention Homer Cocktail, and I wanted to speak to any noobs out there. I was a moderator at a conspiracy site called Maniac Nebula. Homer Cocktail was a mod there as well, and I believe he still is along with Wacky Taffy, Captain Grifter, Silver Dollar, Grumpy Old Man, and Space Ghost. The site operator is Demented. On the day Donald Trump was inaugurated this past January, Homer Cocktail started posting AI music on YouTube. Creating covers of popular music produced through artificial intelligence is a new hobby of his. In April, he started doing renditions of entire albums. It’s not just the music, though. He went down a nostalgic stroll of the mind. He reflected on his life, and he explained why he selected the music he did. This month, he re-made Pyromania by Def Leppard. My first reaction was, “Why?” But he explained himself, and I get it. He talked about apophenia. This is a condition when we internalize art and entertainment and see it as better than it otherwise would be depending on our circumstance at the time. Have you ever heard a couple say to each other, “Ooh! This is our song! They’re playing our song!” It excites you. Anyhow, I have more than three thousand songs on my hard drive. I haven’t listened to these songs in a long, long time. I’ve turned to Spotify, Pandora, and Apple Music. I don’t mess with my tower computer anymore, but today I fired it up. I put the Windows Media Player on random play and it popped out Burnin’ and Lootin’ by Bob Marley! Man! It hit me, and I started thinking of the apophenia idea. With all the crap that’s been going on in our world, I just felt it. That’s all.

What crap am I talking about?

Let’s back up. Of all the mods at Maniac Nebula, I think I was the most laid back. Eventually, I quit because arguments got too trite and petty. I didn’t burn my bridge, though, and I was invited to comment on the 2024 election last year. Demented asked me to do this, so in March, I put in my two cents. I don’t believe the United States of America exists as a functioning democracy any longer. I expressed this. I believe the 2000 and 2004 elections were rigged for George W Bush. I believe the PNAC document from Dick Cheney’s group led to the United States destroying the Twin Towers in order to usher in a form of martial law. They framed Osama bin Laden as a patsy. Donald Trump screamed that American elections are rigged, and I agree with him. He will not in a million years mention that Elon Musk helped rig the 2024 election for him, though.

I’m listening to Bob Marley right now. Burnin’ and Lootin’ started it off, and now I’m listening to Forever Loving Jah. It hits the spot. It gives me a quiet kind of peaceful laughter.

I’m not trying to change the world. I think people mistake my intentions, and my involvement with conspiracy sites. I think people believe I got involved with these sites to learn about the low down, and to alert the public. This way, we change the world for the better, right? Nah. That’s not it. There’s a futility in the whole process, and I believe people mistake my attitude as apathy. It’s really not that, though. I see myself as a pragmatist, and I see myself as happy-go-lucky most the time. I want to have a good time. Do you want to talk about the JFK assassination? We could do that! My conclusions are far different than whatever “official” story is out there. Then again, it doesn’t matter. Why? We’ve already hit the iceberg. Long before I was alive, president Dwight Eisenhower warned the public about the Military Industrial Complex. We knew there was an iceberg out there and we could’ve steered around it, but we didn’t. We hit it, and now we’re sinking. Am I to cry over this? What good would that do?

I grew up with my sister in Phoenix, Arizona. We were quite close and in the late nineties, we vacationed during spring break with relatives in New Orleans. We went to Mardi Gras and had the times of lives. It was truly a blast. Years later, she moved to Baton Rouge. I feared for her life in 2005 when Katrina hit. I’d visit every few years and we’d go to Mardi Gras. It was still fun, but as I got older, the joy wasn’t there as much. I didn’t attribute this to age, actually. I attributed it to the times, and a post- 9/11 world. My sister used to be very, very liberal, but she’s moved to the MAGA side. That, by itself, is no big deal. In 2020, she warned me that Democrats are eating babies. She told me they do this for adrenochrome. I brushed it off, actually, and didn’t think much of it. After Trump lost and failed to get Mike Pence to hand the election to him, she told me he would be re-instated. Once again, I brushed it off. As a moderator at Maniac Nebula, I never told people what to believe. I shared my beliefs, but if you didn’t agree, it wasn’t ever a big deal to me. My sister was broke, but she was sending her money to Trump. This bugged me, and it still does. In all honesty, the MAGA movement always seemed cult-like.

Let’s talk about weird stuff, though. I’m aware of the government’s Carnivore program, and I know they did shady things with MK-Ultra. I believe they currently use Remote Neural Monitoring to spy on people. This past March, I was in Louisiana visiting my sister. She told me helicopters follow her, and there are spies everywhere. We went to Mardi Gras, and she would point. “That women sitting up on that window seal? She’s a spy for the NSA!” We’d walk down the street. “The guy in the store? He’s been following me for two years!” The parade would go past us and she’d point to others involved in suspicious activities. The crazy part is that she was fine with these things. She believed the NSA was incognito to protect her.

I have a problem with this, but I don’t know how to deal with it. It feels like a softer version of the old Soviet Union. And I know there’s people out there who want me to tell her, “Hey! The government is not spying on you! Get a grip!” But I already know these programs exist elsewhere, and then weird things happen which are uncanny. On three separate occasions, helicopters hovered over us. Fuckers just levitated right over us! The first time she told me she was tailed, she warned me about it. When I left her apartment on the way to the airport, I pulled over on a deserted road to check my Google map. A van pulled over behind me, and stayed there. I freaked out, but I kept on with my ordinary business. As I pulled onto the road again, the guy followed me.

What’s the point of this? I’m a political minimalist. I’ll follow the election process to some degree, but I believe we’re doomed no matter who’s elected. I don’t believe the Democrats are a functioning entity. I believed they were hollowed out. There is a pretense of a two-party system, but it’s a facade. After the election this past November, I did my regular thing. I stuck my head in the ground like an ostrich, like I do for most elections. I don’t want any part of the news cycle because it gets stupid. With that said, I pulled my head out of the ground a few days ago. Why? I’m not really sure, but it’s become quite the soap opera.

Trump said he’d end the war in Ukraine on day one. Didn’t happen. Far from it.

Trump had the lowest rating for the first 100 days in modern history. He had also been rated as the worst president ever after his first term. This was by a collection of scholars.

A few days ago, Trump tweeted an idea that Biden was executed in 2020. The Biden was saw on TV was a robot or a clone. Wow! Right?

And? In January they were saying Elon Musk was the “real” president of this administration. Well, that bro-mance came to an end! Someone socked Elon in the eye before he ended his stay in the White House. These past few days, Musk has been tweeting left and right about Trump’s horrible budget bill which would increase the debt by trillions. It’s a real shit show. I remember people talking about Trump’s staff and comparing it to a clown car. Oh, the budget bill is nicknamed BBB, but why? I think I know why! Trump has a secret infatuation with Biden! Doesn’t matter if Biden is a clone or a robot! Remember Build Back Better? Trump was drooling over it, as the theory goes, and had to use the same acronym! Big Beautiful Bill? Come on! You can to better than that!
