6/27/2026 CANCELLED!!!! Yes, the Great American State Fair has been cancelled for Saturday, supposedly because of bad weather. Sorry, folks!! You will miss out on Vanilla Ice tonight, and no one is sure if he’ll come back for tomorrow!! The fair has been a disaster so far with trickles of people showing up, power shutting off and back on, and the Ferris wheel not working. It’s surreal how bad this thing has been! Where’s The Zipper, Cotton Candy Wagon, Tilt-a-World, Giant Swing, Fun House, Roller Coaster, Gravitron, Bumper Cars, Ring Toss, Hall of Mirrors, The Hammer, and all the festive music?? All they had was a Ferris wheel and it didn’t work?? How can this possible be called a fair? This is really weird stuff …
